The Rileys scheduled for Gospel Night at the Madison County Fair

The Madison County Ministerial Alliance will be sponsoring country, gospel group, The Rileys, at the county fair on Wednesday, September 2nd. The Rileys will be performing from 6 - 7 p.m. at Sky High Arena. This will be the first year to have a gospel night at the fair and they are hoping for a large turnout. It began as a simple wood frame church building that served as a place of worship and fellowship for the people that lived in this rural area of Arkansas. Located on a hill overlooking a neighboring pasture, all who came through this community were struck by this majestic symbol of the reign of Jesus Christ. For seventy four years this one room, white church building served as refuse for all who came wanting to hear the message of Jesus Christ proclaimed. And proclaimed it was, through revivals that would last all day long and "sing'ins" that would take them into the early hours of the evening.
